Ingredients

  • 1 chicken cooked, poached and cut into small pieces
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tblsp butter
  • 1/2 cup broth from when chicken was cooked
  • Crushed saltine crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Take 1 cup of milk and add to broth, add butter andthicken to suit.

Place 1 layer of chicken, rice and crackers in a casserole. Pour thickened broth over this and let it be juicy. Multiple layers can be made, according to taste.

Bake as you would dressing.

350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
