Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup paprika
- 2 1/2 Tbsp black pepper
- 2 1/2 Tbsp salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp chile powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 Tbs. onion powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp cayenne pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together well. Sprinkle generously each side of meat of choice with the dry rub. Pat the dry rub into the meat. Refrigerate for a minimum of one hour.
