Ingredients
- Carrots 250 gms, cut into thin sticks
- Cornflour 1/2 tblsp
- Black Pepper Powder-a pinch
- Oil 1/2 tblsp
- Salt as per taste
- Oregano or Thyme-few, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix the carrots, cornflour and black pepper powder in a bowl.
2. Add the oil and mix well.
4. Place the tray into a preheated oven at 200C.
