Shrimp with Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. green olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 1/2 lb. medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1 Tb. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 1/2 c. fresh Italian parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tb. crushed red pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a large frying pan, combine oil and garlic; saute for a few minutes. Add the shrimp, lemon juice and wine and toss. Cook the shrimp for a few minutes. Sprinkle with the parsley and toss through the sauce. Remove from heat. Serve immediately with pasta.
