Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can of chick peas
  • 1/4 cup chick pea juice
  • 3-5 tbs lemon juice
  • 1.5 tbs tahini
  • 2 cloves of roasted garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 5 mashed olives

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth.
