  • 1 7 oz. jar roasted red peppers
  • 3/4 cup half & half
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 1 glove garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • pasta (cooked & drained)

In blender, combine all ingredients except pasta, until smooth.

Heat thoroughly & toss over pasta.
