Ingredients
- 2 lbs. lean ground beef or turkey
- 2 large yellow onions - chopped
- 3 cloves garlic - chopped
- 3 cups water
- 2 cans (15 oz. each) tomato sauce
- 2 cans (14.5 oz. each) diced tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 cups elbow macaroni - uncooked

Preparation
Step 1
In a 6 quart Dutch oven brown meat. Drain & reurn to pot. Add onions & garlic, cook until onions are tender.
Stir in water & next 5 ingredients. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low, cover & simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in macaroni. Cover, simmer for 25 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Discard bay leaves. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
