Ingredients
- Glaze:
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 TB orange juice
- 3 cups unbleached flour
- 1 TB baking powder
- 1 cup confectioners sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and oj. Mix well. Combine flour and bp; gradually add to creamed mixture. Knead dough on lightly floured board about 5 minutes. Using tablespoons of dough, roll into a ball and let stand on ungreased baking sheets for 15 minutes. Bake at 350 for 15-17 minutes or until golden. To make icing, combine sugar with enough oj to make a thin glaze. Dip hot cookie into glaze and set aside to cool.
