Ingredients

  • 1/2 c tomatoes, chopped and seeded
  • 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp bottled balsamic vinaigrette (newman's own)
  • 4 Boneless pork loin chops, 3/4 in thick (1 1/4# total)
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/4 c feta cheese with garlic and herbs crumbled (1 0z)

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl combine tomato parsley and balsamic vinaigrette, set aside

trim fat from chops. sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning evenly over both sides of the chops. grill till juices run clear (12-15 mins on charcoal) or until reaches 160 degrees

Slice pork and transfer to 4 plates. Top with tomato feta mixture.
