Ingredients

  • 1 CUP FLOUR
  • 1/4 TEASPOON SALT
  • 1 BEATEN EGG
  • 1/4 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
  • 2 TABLESPOONS CARNATION EVAPORATED MILK

Preparation

Step 1

1. PUT FLOUR IN MEDIUM BOWL

2. MIX IN SALT AND BAKING POWDER

3. MAKE A WELL IN FLOUR AND ADD EGG AND CANNED MILK IN WELL

4. MIX LIGHTLY WITH FORK UNTIL IT FORM A BALL

5. SPRINKLE FLOUR ON A PIECE OF WAX PAPER

6. FLATTEN DOUGH BALL ON WAX PAPER

7. SPRINKLE A LITTLW FLOUR ON TOP AND ADD ANOTHER SHEET OF WAX PAPER ON DOUGH

8. ROLL OUT DOUGH VERY THIN TURNING AND ADDING FLOUR AS NECESSARY

9. ROLL DOUGH UP IN TIGHT CELENDAR AND CUT IN THIN STRIPS

10. SPREAD STRIPS OUT IN WAX PAPER AND LET DRY
A COUPLE HOURS

11. WHEN READY TO COOK PUT IN BROTH AND SIMMER UNCOVERED FOR 30 TO 45 MINUTES NTIL TENDER

12. THICKEN WITH A PASTE OF FLOUR AND WATER SIMMER UNTIL THICKENED

13. THEN ADD CHUNKS OF MEAT COOKED CHICKEN OR COOKED BEEF ROAST.
