Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1 cup ketcup
- 2 tbsp. worcheshire sauce
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 flank steak
Preparation
Step 1
Brown flank steak on both sides then slice on a diagonial.
Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan. Simmer over medium low heat of an hour.
