MEALS - Tuna Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 8 ounce pkg macaroni or egg noodles
  • 4 T margarine
  • 1 small minced onion
  • 2 T flour
  • 1 1/2 c milk
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 7 ounce cans tuna, drained

Preparation

Step 1

In 5 quart saucepan, cook macaroni; drain. Keep warm.
In a 2 quart saucepan over med heat, melt butter and add onion and cool until tender, sitrring occasionally. Stir in flour until well blended and cook 1 minute. Gradually stir in milk, bouillon, salt and pepper. Cook until thickened and smooth, stirring constantly. Stir in tuna. Heat through. Gently toss macaroni in saucepan with tuna mixture.
