Ingredients
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 3 pound fryer
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cheese, flour and seasoning. Dip chicken in combined egg and milk; coat with cheese mixture. Place in 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 inch baking dish. Pour margarine over chicken; bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
