DESSERTS - Smore Bars

Ingredients

  • 5 c mini marshmellos
  • one third c light corn syrup
  • 6 T margarine
  • 1 1/2 c milk coc chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 8 c Golden Graham cereal
  • 1 c mini marshmellos

Preparation

Step 1

Melt 5 c marshmellos, corn syrup, margarine and choc chips in a 3 quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly - remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal in large bowl. Mix quickly until completely coated with chocolate. Stir in 1 cup marshmellos.
Press mixture into 13 x 9 pan. Let stand at least 1 hour.
