Ingredients
- 8 Chicken Thighs
- 3 Tbsps Jalapeno Jelly
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp black peper
- 1/8 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400F. Line 15x10" jelly-roll pan with foil; spray foil with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Arrange chicken in single layer in prepared pan. Bake 15 minutes;drain off juices. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Turn chicken; brush with half of jelly mixture. Bake 20 minutes. Turn chicken; brush with remaining jelly mixture. Bake chicken 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked through (180f).
