Rich Chocolate Glaze

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. semisweet chocolate
  • 1 T butter
  • 1/2 c confectioners' sugar
  • 3 T milk

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place the chocolate and butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir and cook until both of them are melted and mixture is smooth, 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and whisk in the confectioners' sugar and milk until smooth.
2. Spoon glaze on top of the cake. Let it set on the cake 10 minutes before serving
