  • 2 TSP lemon juice
  • 3 1/2 icing sugar

Step 1

Beat egg whites until frothy. Gradually beat in icing sugar and continue beating until icing is thick/stiff. Beat in lemon juice. Use immediately or cover bowl with a damp cloth. Makes enough to ice a 9 inch cake.
