Ingredients

  • 1- 3 lb cut-up Chicken
  • 3 potatoes sliced
  • 3 clove garlic pressed
  • i onion chopped
  • Oregano - fresh
  • Rosemary - fresh
  • S&P
  • 2 cups CRW (cheap red wine)

Preparation

Step 1

SAUTE' Garlic, onion in EVOO.
Add Chicken and brown.
Add 1 cup CRW
Sprinkle w/Oregano, and 1 palmful of Rosemary.
Cook 15 min turning often.
Add Potatoes, 1 palm Rosemary, 1cup CRW.
Cover and Cook 45 min
Adjust Seasoning, and Serve W/ wine and bread
