Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 C flour
  • 3 T sugar
  • 2 sticks cold unsalted butter
  • 2 lg. egg yolks
  • 4 T ice water

Preparation

Step 1

Pulse flour and sugar in food processor. Add butter and pulse until mixture resembles coarse meal.

Lightly beat yolks and water. Add to flour mixture while processor is running. Process until dough holds together.

Divide dough into two batches. Wrap in plastic and chill.
