Mini Peanut Butter Cup Trifles

Yesterday I made these Mini Peanut Butter Cup Trifles and they were a huge hit!

Ingredients
- 2 cups cold skim milk
- 1 package (3.9 ounces each) of instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 prepared angel food cake (8 to 10 ounces), cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 carton (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 12 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, 8 broken into pieces and 4 left whole for the top
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for about 2 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes or until soft-set. In a 4 transparent cups. layer the cake cubes, pudding, whipped topping and peanut butter cups. Repeat layers.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Top with a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup.
(Depending on the size of your cup, you might need more pudding)
