  • 2 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 1 pkg. (12.3 oz.) silken reduced-fat firm tofu (the secret ingredient!)
  • 3 c. halved frozen strawberries
  • 1 1/2 c. sliced ripe bananas

Step 1

In a food processor, combine orange juice, tofu, strawberries and bananas; cover tne pulse until blended. Transfer to chilled glasses; serve immediately.
