Brisket

Ingredients

• Meat
• Flour
• Salt and black pepper
• Paprika
• Onions
• Celery
• Carrots
• Olive oil
• Garlic
• Parsley
• Potatoes
• 3 beef bouillon cubes
• Ketchup and mustard
• Soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Dredge mean in flour, salt, and pepper
Sprinkle meat completely in paprika
Sear meat in olive oil, chopped celery and onion
Add chopped garlic and rub on meat
Mix ketchup, mustard, and soy sauce in pan with meat
Dissolve 3 beef bouillon cubes in water
Cut potatoes on meat
Sprinkle parsley on meat
Cover up meat in pan tightly and cook on 350 for approx. 3 hours
Slice meat and place back in pan, cook until soft
