Papa’s Fudge

Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 2 squares semi-sweet chocolate
• 2/3 cup milk
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoon Karo corn syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 tablespoon peanut butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix & heat to softball state, stirring constantly until a low boil.
Add 1-tsp vanilla & 2 tablespoon peanut butter.
Cool
Mix with mixer from shiny until dull shine stage.
Spread on platter, cut & chill.
