Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp plain gelatin
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, or any combination of berries
- Whipped cream for topping

Preparation
Step 1
In small pan blend sugar, gelatin, and water. Let stand 5 minutes. Bring to boil. Remove from heat and add cream. Mix sour cream and vanilla together and gradually beat into sugar/cream mixture. Using parfait glasses alternate cream and berries. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill at least 4 hours. Top with additional berries and whipped cream before serving.
