Caramel Cashew Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages plain cream
  • cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups Marzetti Caramel Apple
  • Dip, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped cashews, plus whole
  • cashews for garnish
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 9-inch prepared graham
  • cracker pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

*1*. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese with an
electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
Add 1 cup Marzetti Caramel Apple Dip,
cinnamon, vanilla and chopped nuts.
*2*. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon filling into
prepared pie shell. Refrigerate covered for
2 hours.
*3*. At serving time, garnish with remaining 1/4 cup
Marzetti Caramel Apple Dip and whole cashews.
Store covered in refrigerator.
