Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) packages plain cream
- cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 cups Marzetti Caramel Apple
- Dip, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped cashews, plus whole
- cashews for garnish
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 9-inch prepared graham
- cracker pie crust
Preparation
Step 1
*1*. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese with an
electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
Add 1 cup Marzetti Caramel Apple Dip,
cinnamon, vanilla and chopped nuts.
*2*. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon filling into
prepared pie shell. Refrigerate covered for
2 hours.
*3*. At serving time, garnish with remaining 1/4 cup
Marzetti Caramel Apple Dip and whole cashews.
Store covered in refrigerator.
