    C raisins

  • 2

    C boiling water

  • 1

    C brown sugar

  • 1

    TBSP butter

  • 1/2

    TSP baking soda

  • 1

    TSP butter

  • 1/2

    C white sugar

  • 2

    TSP baking powder

  • 1/2

    TSP salt

  • 1

    C flour

  • 1/2

    C milk

Directions

Bring to a boil on stove the raisins, boiling water, brown sugar, butter and baking soda. Let simmer about 10 minutes. To make pudding batter mix together butter, white sugar, baking powder, salt, flour and milk. Spread into greased casserole dish. Pour raisin mixture on top and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
