Ingredients
- Boliche
- Lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Oregano
- Chopped onion
- Choppped green pepper
- Garlic
- 2-3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 8 oz. can water
- Brown gravy mix (1 package)
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare the boliche the night before with lemon, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and any seasoning you prefer. Let it marinade overnight.
Saute chopped onion, green pepper, and garlic in 2-3 tablespoons olive oil. Add boliche and brown on all sides. Add tomato sauce and water and cook over medium heat until it begins to boil. Then turn heat to low. Let cook covered, for at least 3 hours.
After boliche is fully cooked add one package of brown gravy mix.
