Cheese Broccoli

Ingredients

  • Velveeta Cheese Sauce:
  • 2 12 oz bag broccoli
  • OR
  • 1 12 oz bag broccoli
  • 1 12 oz bag cauliflower
  • 1 TBS butter
  • 1 TBS flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese (cubed)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • Cheddar Cheese Sauce:
  • 2 TBS butter
  • 2 TBS all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese (8 oz?) (shredded)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Steam veggies to crisp tender.

In small saucepan, melt butter on medium-low heat. Remove from heat and stir in flour until well blended. Return to heat. Gradually stir in milk -- whisk until smooth. Gradually add cubes of cheese (or cheddar cheese) until melted completely, stirring frequently. Stir in salt & pepper.

Mix veggies & cheese, stir well to coat.
