Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 pkg (1/2 cup) slivered almonds
- 2 pkgs Ramen Noodles
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 stick margarine or butter
- 3 lbs. Bok choy/Savoy
- 5 Chopped Scallions
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 4 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Combine almonds, noodles, sesame seeds and margarine in a skillet. Brown lightly and cool.
Combine with Bok Choy and scallions.
Mix vegetable oil, sugar, rice wine vinegar and soy sauce. Pour over Bok Choy mixture and toss well.
