Ingredients
- Topping:
- 2 lbs Hash Brown Diced Potatoes, frozen
- 1 c chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c sharp cheese, grated
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 c Corn Flakes cereal, crushed
- 1/4 c melted margarine
Preparation
Step 1
Mix soup and sour cream, margarine, cheese and salt in large bowl. Add onion and potatoes. Mix well. Spread in 9 x 13 pan.
Combine cereal and margarine and sprinkle on top.
Bake 350 for 1 hour
