Ingredients
- 9 c Chex Mix (any kind)
- 1 c (6 ounces) semisweet choc chips
- 1/2 c peanut butter
- 1/4 c margarine
- 1 1/2 c powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Measure cereal into large bowl. Microwave choc chips, peanut butter and margarine in bowl uncovered on High for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave 30 seconds longer or until mixture is smooth. Pour mixture over cereal and stir until cereal is coated. Put the powdered sugar into paper grocery bag -put in the coated cereal mixture. Seal bag and shake to coat. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
