Ingredients
- 1 pound butter
- 5 cups flour
- pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda dissolved in
- 3 Tablespoons milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
1. Get butter to room temp. Put all ingredients in bowl and mix until smooth dough is formed. Form into 4 balls, dust w/flour and chill thoroughly wrapped in wax paper. Roll out thin dust with granulated sugar and nutmeg and cut.
2. Bake until light brown at 350F about 12 min.
