Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, chilled
- 2 Tablespoons whipped cream
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 cups strawberries, sliced
- Topping
- 1 Tablespoon flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
1. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
2. In a small bowl, combine flour and salt. Cut in half cup butter until coarse sand. Stir in the cream and pat the dough into the pan
3. Combine the 1/2 cup flour and sugar. Sprinkle it over the crust in the pan and put the strawberries on top.
4. Topping: Mix the sugar and flour. Stir in the eggs, cream and vanilla. Pour the mixture over top of the fruit in the pan.
5. Bake at 375F for 40-45 minutes. Cool on rack the refrigerate serve with whipped cream.
