Ingredients
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 1 (8 oz) carton raspberry yogurt
- 1 whole banana (frozen is good)
- 2 to 3 cups frozen fruit
- Cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Blend in blender the juice, yogurt, and banana. Add frozen fruit until consistency of milk shake. Add cinnamon to taste.
