Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large egg
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 Tablespoon lemon zest
- 1/2 cup raspberry preserves

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. Butter an 9X13" pan. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter with sugar until well combined. Add egg and beat well. Add sour cream and mix thoroughly. In a small bowl mix together, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture. Batter will be stiff. Stir in raspberry preserves. Spread batter in pan. Bake 20-30 minutes.
