Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lbs lean ground turkey
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef, extra lean
- 2 tablespoon parsley, freeze-dried
- 2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs, seasoned
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Step 1
1. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Divide the meat into 12 (4-oz) portions and place in small freezer bags.
3. Freeze immediately.
4. Use any refrigerated portions within 48 hours.
