- 1/2 cup dry buttermilk powder
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1. Combine all ingredients in the container of a food processor or blender and process on high speed until well blended and powdery smooth.
2. To use mix: Combine 3 tablespoon dry mix with 2 cups sour cream. Mix well.
