Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 can pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 can evap milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg, fresh
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Put all ingredients into blender and mix for 2 min.
3. Pour into greased pie tin.
4. Bake for 45-50 min, until set in the center.
