Broccoli with stuffing

Ingredients

• 2 eggs beaten
• 1 T minced onions
• 1 can mushroom soup
• 1/2 c mayo
• 2 pkg ( 10 ) oz each cooked broccoli, cooked and drained.
• 1 c grated chedder cheese
• 1 pkg herb stuffing mix

Preparation

Step 1

Combine 1st four ingredients. Layer broccoli and the mixture from above. Add a layer of cheese, repeat.

Add stuffing over top
