Crumb Cake

Ingredients

• TOPPING:
• 2 C flour
• 1 C sugar
• 3/4 C butter
• CAKE:
• 1 C sour milk
• 1 TSP baking powder
• 1 TSP cinnamon
• 1 TSP baking soda
• 1 TSP cloves
• 1 egg
• 1 C raisins - dusted with flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together flour, sugar and butter. Take 1 1/2 C out to save for topping. Mix all remaining ingredients together an pour into a greased 9 inch square pan. Sprinkle topping. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
