Jello Mold

Ingredients

• 2 small or 1 large strawberry jello
• 1 pkg partly thawed frozen strawberries
• 1 8 oz crushed pineappl
• 1 1/2 c boiling water or 1 c water and 1/2 c pineapple juice from can
• If not quite 1 1/2 c, add more water
• 1/2 pt sour creamD

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve juices in water and jello. Add all fruit.

Divide jello mixture 1/2. Put 1/2 in the mold. ( Spray mold with Pam )

Leave the rest of the jello on the counter for 1-2 hours. Must be almost all set. spread on sour cream, then rest of the jello on the mold.
