  • 1/4 lb. flaked ham
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese



Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease four 1-cup ramekins. Divide ham among the ramekins. Whisk together eggs, mustard, and sour cream. Stir in herbs and top with cheese.

Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and set.
