Ingredients

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 – 7oz jar marshmallow cream
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 – 12 oz chocolate chips
  • 1 cup walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Bring sugar, milk & butter to a boil.
Cook to medium softball stage (236 degrees), stirring frequently.
Remove from heat, and then immediately add marshmallow cream, chips & nuts.
Stir until all melted.
Pour into buttered 9 x 9 pan.
Let cool & cut into squares.


Yields 3 pounds
