Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

Preparation

Step 1

1. Make the first half the night before and refrigerate.

2. Next morning add the flour, baking soda and powder, salt, and sugars.

3. Fry at a slightly lower temp than normal pancakes.
