Nieman Marcus Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 cups butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups brown sugar, packed
• 4 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 4 cups flour
• 5 cups oatmeal, blended in blender
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 4 ounces chocolate chips
• 8 ounces hershey bar, grated

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375F. Cream butter and sugars add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Add chips and candy. Roll into balls and place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 6-7 min.
