Ingredients
- 1 cup oreo, crumbs
- 5 Tablespoons butter, melted and divided
- 3 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 5 ounces chocolate chips, divided
- 1/3 cup strawberry jam
- 2 teaspoons shortening, divided
- 5 ounces white chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine crumbs and 3 TBS butter; press into springform pan. Bake at 350F for 8 minutes, cool.
2. In a mixing bowl beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla, divide into 3 portions, about 1 2/3 cups each. Melt 2.5 oz chocolate chips; stir into one of the batches. Melt 2.5 oz white chocolate chips; stir into second batch. Stir strawberry jam into third portion.
3. Spread semi-sweet mixture evenly over crust. Carefully spread white chocolate mixture over chocolate, then strawberry mixture.
4. Bake at 425F for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 300F and bake 50-55 minutes or until center is set.
5. Melt remaining chocolate chips, butter and 1 tsp of shortening, cool for 2 min. Pour over cake. Melt remaining white chocolate and 1 tsp shortening, drizzle over chocolate glaze.
