Marinara Sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 roma tomato, peeled and chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion , flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 can mushrooms, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Saute garlic, onion, oregano, parsley, and salt in oil until browned (5-7min) then add tomoatoes and mushrooms with juice and simmer on low 25-30 min. Serve over pasta.
