Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 2 large eggs
- 1 can pumpkin
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 pie shell
- whipped cream
Preparation
Step 1
Mix thoroughly then pour into pie shell. Bake at 425F for 15 min. Reduce temp and bake for 40-45 minutes more.
