Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups oats, rolled (raw)
- 1 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 ounces chocolate chip
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Combine flour, backing soda, and salt in medium bowl and set aside.
3. In large mixing bowl, cream together butter, sugars, and vanilla. Add eggs.
4. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
5. Stir in oats and chocolate chips.
6. Press into greased stoneware bar pan.
7. Bake for 18-25 minutes.
