- 18 cupcakes, cooled
- 2 cups chocolate chip
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
Fill the bottom of a double boiler with water. Make sure it doesn't touch the undersides of the top.
Put the choco chips in the top, st top over bottom, and place the double boiler on the stovetop at medium heat. Stir occasionally until chocolate is melted.
Stir in can of sweetened condensed milk and cook approx. 2 min, stirring constantly until the frosting is shiny and of spreading consistency.
Spread on cupcakes, making sure to fill the frosting pocket.
